Posting Description |
|
Purpose: Implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company. Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Training Instructor I - GL 74 * Analysis and decision making skills * Ability to connect and relate to employees individually and in a classroom * Ability to manage a classroom and create a dynamic and positive learning environment * Ability to work independently and in a team * Good written and verbal communications skills * Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Training Instructor II - GL76 * Experience training individual or groups * Knowledge of Navy Federal's functions, philosophy, products, and services * Demonstrated knowledge of member interactions, products, services and automates systems * Analytical, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills * Awareness of and the ability to demonstrate adult learning theory * Ability to connect and relate to employees individually and in a classroom * Ability to manage a classroom and create a dynamic and positive learning environment * Ability to work independently and in a team * Good written and verbal communications skills * Application of word processing/spreadsheet/presentation software skills
Training Instructor III - GL77 * Progressive experience in training individuals or groups * Demonstrated knowledge of member interactions, products, services and automates systems * Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and good judgment * Ability to mentor and train other trainers * Applied knowledge of training practices and techniques, and the principles of adult learning * Analytical, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills * Experience connecting and relating to employees individually and in a classroom * Ability to manage a classroom and create a dynamic and positive learning environment * Ability to work independently and in a team * Proficiency with database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Additional Expertise: * College level courses in business, management, education, and/or instructional technology * Knowledge of Navy Federal's functions, philosophy, products, and services * Experience in multi-media training
