OVERALL VIEW: Your role will be to help facilitate student learning in program areas through a variety of methodologies, types of assessment and, to facilitate an environment conducive to student success. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Finding ways to creatively meet course objectives, requirements, and student learning outcomes * Providing formative and summative assessment of student learning; * Facilitating a safe, positive, supportive and exciting learning environment; * Supporting and energizing students in their efforts to succeed; * Participating in professional growth opportunities and supporting campus events; * Modeling and employing professional and positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues and students such that you are seen by students as a role model of positive professional behavior * Advising students on their academic development; * Providing feedback on textbooks for course adoptions; * Attending and/or participating in campus orientation and graduation programs; * Supporting and enforcing campus policies.
