The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Program Coordinator for the Division of Population Behavioral Health (DPBH). You will provide program management and other support services for the Division. Primary duties include:

  • Develop and implement project-specific communication, including scheduling of meetings, conference calls, electronic communication, etc.
  • Monitor data collection and entry
  • Develop project-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor completion of project goals, objectives, and timelines
  • Coordinate the purchase of training-related services and materials
  • Develop and implement training evaluations to ensure that training goals, project standards, and best practices are met
Please note, this is a 1-year contract position that may convert to career.

Salary: $64,800/yr - $137,600/yr
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, business, or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 5 years experience in program coordination or project management

Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks

Experience working with persons of all ages from diverse backgrounds

Ability to assist with logistical planning of trainings and events

Excellent written and verbal communication
