Position Summary:

Join our talent pool as a Machine Operator, where you'll utilize your expertise in operating various machines such as Grinding, Tool & Die, Punch Press, Heading Machine Operator, Thread/Form Roll, Collar Wrap, and serving as a Punch Press Attendant. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform machine setup tasks including calibration and cleaning to initiate production cycles.
  2. Control and adjust machine settings, ensuring optimal speed and performance.
  3. Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines with precision.
  4. Utilize measuring tools to inspect parts accurately.
  5. Conduct periodic testing of machine operations.
  6. Address any issues that arise during shifts promptly.
  7. Identify and rectify machine-related mistakes or flaws in output.
  8. Maintain comprehensive records of approved and defective units or final products.
  9. Keep detailed activity logs to track production processes.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a machine operator; mechanical inclination is advantageous.
  2. Familiarity with diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  3. Understanding of production procedures and workflows.
  4. Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the consistent use of protective gear.
  5. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  6. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  7. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  8. Physical stamina and strength to withstand the demands of the role.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.25 to $34.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
