Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Account Manager - Commercial P&C
Location: Remote
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

A global commercial insurance broker is currently seeking an experienced Japanese Bilingual Commercial Property and Casualty Account Manager. This position involves managing an assigned list of business accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention, working closely with insurance carrier representatives. The qualified candidate must have experience in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance, hold an active P&C license, and be fluent in Japanese.

Responsibilities:
Oversee assigned commercial insurance accounts, handling renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal colleagues.
Coordinate and participate in open enrollment meetings.
Evaluate client risk profiles and propose suitable coverage options.
Obtain a quote from carriers and create insurance proposals to clients.
Maintain a high standard of work and respond promptly, displaying a commitment to professionalism.
Participate in prospective client meetings and presentations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to clients.
Fulfill any additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Must have experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
Proficient in Japanese - speaking, reading, and writing.
Active P&C license.
Thorough understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
