As a Senior Data Governance Analyst, you'll play a key role in establishing transparency, accountability and instilling trust in our investment management data across Capital Group. You'll perform analysis, identify potential issues and risks, and make recommendations to data stewards and owners that facilitate an active data governance community. Every day, you'll partner with project and business teams to ensure that data governance artifacts are maintained consistently and helping us reach our shared goals of building data literacy. To thrive in this role, you've worked with business partners to solve for new data concepts and are passionate about solving gaps with investment management data.

  • You're well versed in data governance practices, including data governance program lifecycles, data stewardship practices, metadata, and data quality management.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
