Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- At least two (2) years of work experience in a customer support environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Be an active listener to and for our customers
- Maintain composure with little supervision
- Provide a positive attitude and a team player
- English proficiency
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.com (CRM systems)
- Medical Device/Dental Implant product knowledge
- Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce.com (CSRM system)
- Medical Device/Dental Implant product knowledge, a plus
- Dental software experience, (3shape, Exocad, DTX) a plus
- Knowledge of Restorative and Surgical Implant Dentistry
