This position exists to package, coordinate, and ship product and miscellaneous materials to Bal Seal Engineering customers.

Prepares outbound letters and packages for shipments
• Must have knowledge for international shipments (FedEx/ UPS / DHL)
• Works with sales for date and ship method changes
• Monitors shipments, tracks shipments, and works to resolve delayed and/or late shipments
• Schedules carrier pick-ups and maintains records of all outbound shipments
• Has the ability to work with customer portals to perform shipments
• Works with finance on credit holds
• Works with Carriers for special shipping requirements DHL / Skynet
• Works with IT on any process improvements needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year experience in shipping and receiving positions

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to function accurately in a high-paced environment
• Ability to effectively operate a computer
• Strong math aptitude
• Must be able to communicate (speak, write and read) in English

Pay range for this position is $20-24/hr.
