Job Description

Position Summary The Brand Media Specialist is responsible for managing cross-channel media campaigns that are focused on driving brand awareness and positive perceptions. This role will have responsibility for executing a media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., TV, radio, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and optimizing effectiveness. This will require close collaboration with the creative team, the analytics team and other media buyers to ensure the brand campaign dovetails with other campaigns and meets business objectives.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Understand and execute branding concepts and tactics, including tactics designed to lift awareness, and to shift brand perceptions.

  • Conduct quarterly planning, propose tactics and budgets in each of our markets in a timely manner that will achieve business objectives.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for strong performance.

  • Run tests to understand how campaigns can be improved and to build best practices.

  • Provide recommendations and advice to the creative team to ensure assets match unique needs of each platform and campaign.

  • Set up and execute campaigns within each media platform (digital/linear)

  • Manage campaigns to an established budget in each market.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience in media buying experience with digital and/or linear media. Proficiency in buying and negotiating linear media (TV, cable, radio), strong understanding of media math, offline/linear terminology, plus a familiarity with digital media tactics and a demonstrated capacity to quickly become proficient in digital media buying, AND/OR Proficiency in digital media buying (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), plus a familiarity with linear media tactics and a demonstrated capacity to quickly become proficient planning and negotiating linear media.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have familiarity with media analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Kantar, SQAD, Neilsen/Comscore, Strata, etc.). Experience running media tests in digital platforms.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $78,750.00 - $105,000.00

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
