As the Clinical Patient Educator, you will assume responsibility and accountability for conducting patient and family learning needs assessments and provide individualized education accordingly for various disease management programs within the department. Youwill develop curriculum, orientations, competencies, as well as audit tools approved by the System Director and RN Assistant Director.In addition, you will assist in Quality Assessments and other Administrative Duties as assigned by the RN Assistant Director. You will be responsible for assisting with clinical management, supervisory, and administrative coordination within the Department of Ambulatory Care Management and its various programs. You will also supervise assigned staff and the position is a combination of clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities.
This position includes 40% on-site travel
Salary Range: $67.06 - $97.43/hourly
