ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis and Design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and objectives.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, efficiency and to determine pain points.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Partner with internal teams and vendor teams to develop detailed designs that meet business requirements.

Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the designated timelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business stakeholders.
Project Management

Communicate and document requirements of projects with departments, programmers, technology team, and vendors in a clear and organized fashion.

Participate in project implementations including requirements gathering, validation, beta testing, user acceptance performance, deployment, and project closing debrief.

Conduct project retrospective and create a recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Takes part in the testing of program fixes submitted by functional department that is geared to resolving operational problems.

Coordinate with management on priorities and assignments.
