Job Description

As a Class A Driver you will be responsible for the transportation of waste from customer sites back to our facility for disposal. While onsite you will be tasked with working with our Field Service Technicians doing site remediation and decontamination.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of waste adhering to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of Company equipment.
  • Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations.
  • Maintain daily logs, worksheets timecard, expense reports, dispatch & trip reports and vehicle inspection reports.
  • Because of the emergency response and operational nature of the position, a continuing condition of employment is that the applicant/candidate acknowledges and agrees to be on rotating on-call schedule as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years commercial driving experience required
  • Class A CDL required
  • Ability to obtain Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
  • Strong mechanical ability preferred
